Payments?

Payments are to be made upon enrolment. You can pay online via e-transfer or in person. You will receive a confirmation once your spot is secured and payment is accepted.

All payments made for training, boarding and walking are non-refundable; all purchases are final. 

Cancellation Policy?

We require a 24 hour’s notice to reschedule/cancel any private training sessions, boarding, and walking services. 

Paperwork Required?

We require proof of vaccinations for all dogs in our private training sessions, our group classes and for group dog walking.

Training Requirements?

We recommend you have lots of tasty and high motivational treats, preferably with a treat pouch or a pocket that allows for quick and easy access. 

Some classes may require more tools, which your trainer will inform you of on the first day of class.

 Appropriate clothing and footwear is required from all clients to ensure your maximum comfort during training sessions.

Intact Male or Female?

We consider all dogs that apply for private sessions or group classes, however we recommend your dog be spayed or neutered after the proper development period; our trainer recommends after 16-18 months. 

Male dogs who remain intact, experience high levels of testosterone after six months; a common occurrence is that neutered dogs might single them out and cause an altercation.

Female dogs will experience their first heat around six months of age but some do go into heat prior to six months.

According to the World Health Organization, there are 200 million stray dogs worldwide, let's stop rising those numbers by promoting neutering and spaying of dogs.
